Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for all Service Center and Shop locations, developing strategies, sourcing, screening, and coordinating onsite interviews. You will manage offers and build pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Required are a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified Mechanics, preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships built on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making decisions independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing & screening candidates, participating in onsite interviews, extending offers.
• Analyze current recruiting processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for the full pipeline interview and hiring process in iCIMS for Service Center and Shop requisitions.
• Identify local career centers and colleges to establish and maintain candidate pipeline.
• Create and implement long and short-term business objectives relating to recruiting Service Center and Shop personnel.
• Develop and source a strong pipeline of candidates using social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.
• Coordinate and facilitate open interviews, interview candidates and determine eligibility.
• Plan and facilitate cadenced meetings with Managers to communicate progress and priorities.
• Develop an understanding of Operational and Shop functions and terminology.
