Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for all Service Center and Shop locations. You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers while partnering with managers to forecast staffing needs.

The role requires 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to build stable candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing channels including job boards, colleges, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Mechanics preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and negotiations.
• Analyze recruiting processes and recommend improvements.
• Owner of full pipeline in iCIMS for Service Center and Shop requisitions.
• Develop candidate pipelines via career centers, colleges, social media and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and qualifications.
