Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across all Service Center and Shop locations. You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and negotiate terms while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iCIMS is preferred for effective pipeline development and

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified mechanics preferred.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Analyze recruiting processes and recommend improvements.
• Use iCIMS to manage interviews and requisitions for Service Center and Shop roles.
• Build candidate pipelines via social media, job boards, referrals, and agencies.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and qualifications for open positions.
