Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a corporate recruiter to join our team of professionals, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for property positions.

You will partner with hiring managers, run recruiting events, and leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS to build a diverse, high-caliber talent pool that drives business results. This role requires strong communication and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of property management experience required.
• 2–3 years of direct management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings or first interviews, and schedule hiring manager interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the business needs to attract and secure a high-performing talent pipeline.
• Coordinate hiring events through Avenue5’s book of business.
• Leverage social media (LinkedIn, job boards, user groups etc.) and applicant tracking systems to identify ideal candidates.
• Source talent through onsite events including industry networking events and hiring events.
• Ensure data integrity by accurately updating candidate information in recruitment technology.
• Provide timely reports on recruiting efforts, employment activity, and recruitment effectiveness to property managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
