Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across property positions. You will partner with hiring managers to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline and drive best-practice recruitment processes.

The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and experience optimization, with an opportunity to influence hiring strategy in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment at our Addison, TX location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of property management experience required.
• 2–3 years of direct management experience required.
• Salesforce/Yardi/RealPage or equivalent systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate hiring events and leverage social media and ATS tools.
• Ensure data integrity and provide recruiting analytics to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
