Job summary

CityScape Metro Group in Reston, VA is seeking a Real Estate Recruiter to identify and onboard top real estate professionals for our growing brokerage. You will build relationships, assess cultural fit, and manage the full candidate pipeline from sourcing through onboarding in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of real estate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
