Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an onsite Corporate Recruiter in Addison, TX to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for property positions. You will partner with hiring managers to meet recruiting needs and drive the full recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing workflows, coordinating interviews, and conducting hiring events. Candidates should have 3–5 years of recruiting and property management experience, plus 2–3 years of management.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years minimum recruiting, 3–5 years property management experience.
• Management: 2–3 years of direct management experience required.
• Systems: Salesforce, Yardi Voyager, RentCafe’, RealPage, OneSite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and recruit high-quality candidates.
• Manage the recruiting workflow, including resume review, initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build a high-performing talent pipeline.
• Facilitate hiring events through Avenue5’s book of business.
• Utilize social media and sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and user groups.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology to identify ideal candidates quickly.
• Source talent through onsite events, including industry networking and hiring events.
• Maintain data integrity by updating candidate information in recruiting software.
• Provide timely reports on recruiting efforts and activity to property line managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
