Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Multifamily Recruiter to source, screen, and hire for various property roles across our portfolio. You will partner with hiring managers to build a diverse, high‑caliber candidate pool and drive a best‑in‑class candidate experience using modern recruiting tools.

You will engage in screening, interviewing, and scheduling, while supporting onboarding and travel to on-site events and properties as needed. A strong attention to detail and customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management or high‑volume recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and recruit high‑quality candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens or first interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Partner with managers to understand needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Organize and participate in hiring events and leverage social media and job boards.
