Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Ten or more years of direct management experience.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
• Two or more years in a Vice President role.
• CPM certification preferred.
• Five or more years with Yardi Voyager or similar system.
• Third party, multifamily experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and company objectives to maximize client satisfaction.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring and performance management of associates.
• Grow revenue and manage KPI targets for portfolio.
• Oversee annual budgets, P&L, and reporting to owners.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Collaborate on RFP/RFI responses with sales and client services.
• Drive special projects to develop client accounts.
