You will establish policies, internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors to support GAAP-compliant financial reporting. The role oversees AR/AP, payroll, disbursements, and tax compliance across domestic and international entities, and directs finance system enhancements

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; MBA or MS preferred.
• CPA license preferred and at least 10 years in accounting.
• Experience managing remote teams and international operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead accounting operations and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and tax compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits and tax filings.
• Lead system enhancements with NetSuite, Concur and ADP.
• Provide guidance to CFO/CEO on GAAP and financial reporting.
