You will guide external audits, prepare financial statements, and ensure GAAP compliance while partnering with senior management. This role directs the accounting department, drives system enhancements (NetSuite, Concur, ADP), mentors staff, and maintains accurate asset records.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; MS or MBA preferred.
• CPA preferred; 10+ years in industry or public accounting.
• Experience with remote teams and international operations.
• Strong ethics and professional standards; deadline-focused.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.

Aufgaben

• Direct the Accounting Department for monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Develop and enforce financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and cash control.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings with auditors.
• Lead system enhancements with NetSuite, Concur, and ADP.
• Provide GAAP guidance to CFO/CEO and executives.
• Mentor staff and drive performance reviews.
