Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; MS or MBA preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• At least ten years of full-time experience in industry or public accounting, with international operations.
• Exceptional accounting and analytical skills; deadline-focused; ethical.
• Proven ability to mentor accounting professionals.

Aufgaben

• Direct the Accounting Department’s monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Develop and enforce financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Manage AR aging, billings, cash receipts, and merchant accounting with oversight by Assistant Controller.
• Oversee disbursements and payroll processing with oversight.
• Ensure GAAP compliance for currency translation and foreign tax liability.
• Lead financial system enhancements and implementations with NetSuite, Concur, and ADP.
• Direct audit work papers and reconciliations monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Provide leadership to CFO/CEO on accounting policies and reporting.
• Improve the quality and transparency of accounting records and schedules.
