Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; MS or MBA preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of full-time industry or public accounting experience, including remote teams and international operations.
• Strong leadership, ethics, and analytical skills; able to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Accounting Department for monthly, quarterly, and annual close and deliver reconciled information.
• Develop and enforce financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Oversee accounts receivable, cash receipts, and merchant accounting; supervise through the Assistant Controller.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll and tax compliance with the Assistant Controller.
• Ensure GAAP compliance for currency translation and foreign tax liabilities.
• Lead system enhancements and work with NetSuite, Concur, ADP with external providers.
