Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager Ortho SCP to lead procurement for the Joints Reconstruction portfolio across multiple locations. You will own supplier strategy, drive reliability of supply, cost improvements and supplier selection for new product development.

The role engages with R&D, LT and business partners to align on strategic sourcing and value delivery. The position requires a Bachelor's or MBA and at least 5+ years in procurement, with preference for Orthopaedics or healthcare

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement vision for Orthopaedics and partner with the business to deliver reliability of supply, quality and cost improvements.
• Lead supplier performance programs, including supplier selection, risk management and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Business Partners, LT, Supply Chain and R&D to align goals and drive major procurement decisions.
• Drive lifecycle management and innovative supplier relationships to support new product development.
