Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a proactive Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and execution across commercial and government programs based in Folsom, CA.

This onsite role partners with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to protect margins and enable scalable growth. You will own the full lifecycle from RFP to closeout, negotiate terms with primes and customers, ensure compliance, and help drive readiness for CPSR and increased government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, contracts or related field.
• 10+ years of contracts experience in commercial and government contexts.
• Experience with commercial FFP contracts.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements independently.
• Ability to analyze and mitigate contractual risk.
• Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own contract strategy and lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
• Lead contract structuring to support favorable business outcomes.
• Ensure contract documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Negotiate terms with primes, customers, and suppliers.
• Serve as primary contractual point of contact with customers/partners.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Review solicitations and shape proposal strategy and contract structure.
• Support pricing alignment with Finance and BD.
• Ensure compliance and readiness for CPSR and government scrutiny.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Programs, Engineering, Finance, Legal.
• Travel between sites as needed.
