Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a proactive Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and execution for commercial and government programs. This onsite role in Folsom, CA interfaces with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to protect margins and enable scalable growth.

You will manage full lifecycle contracts, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR, and drive risk mitigation while supporting business development and proposal activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/finance/contracts or related field.
• 10+ years of contracts experience.
• Strong experience with Commercial FFP contracts and FAR/DFARS flowdowns.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements independently.
• Ability to analyze and mitigate contractual risk.
• Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Contract Strategy & Lifecycle across RFP, proposal, negotiation, and execution.
• Lead contract structuring and positioning for favorable outcomes.
• Ensure contract documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Negotiate terms with primes, customers, and suppliers; primary contact.
• Identify risk early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support proposal strategy, pricing alignment, and BD opportunities.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance and flowdowns to subcontractors.
• Drive cross-functional execution with programs, engineering, finance, and legal.
