Job summary

Voyager Technologies in California seeks a proactive Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and execution across commercial and government programs. You will manage contracts through the full lifecycle and partner across Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain.

You’ll own risk identification and mitigation, ensure compliance, and drive favorable business outcomes while interfacing with customers, primes, and suppliers. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Contracts, or related.
• 10+ years of experience in contracts.
• Experience with commercial FFP contracts.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements independently.
• Ability to analyze and mitigate contractual risk.
• Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own contract strategy and lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
• Lead contract structuring and positioning for favorable outcomes.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Negotiate terms with primes, customers, and suppliers.
• Serve as primary contract point of contact with customers.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support proposal strategy, pricing alignment with Finance/BD.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and CPSR readiness.
• Travel between multiple sites as needed.
