The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Operations, and may involve travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in a dynamic tech/defense/aerospace environment.
• Experience with Government contracts under FAR/DFARS.
• Experience in proposal development, cost structure, performance requirements, and negotiations.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and communicate effectively.
• Detail oriented and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on contractual rights, regulations, and policy to mitigate risk.
• Negotiate terms to secure favorable contract outcomes and ensure timely payments.
• Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with Voyager objectives.
• Coordinate with Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Compliance for vetting.
• Ensure approvals and documentation align with delegation of authority.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and manage contract closeouts.
• Support proposal preparation and negotiations as needed.
