Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a seasoned Contracts Manager to lead strategy, negotiation, and execution across commercial and government-facing programs. You will drive contract lifecycle, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with program teams, finance, and legal from our on-site office in California.

The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and regulatory flowdowns, plus a track record of protecting margins and enabling scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Contracts, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contracts.
• Strong experience with Commercial FFP contracts and FAR/DFARS flowdowns.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own contract strategy and lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
• Lead negotiations with primes, customers, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, financial, and operational risks.
• Support proposal, business development, and pricing alignment.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and internal policies.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Programs, Engineering, Finance, Legal.
