Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to manage FAR/DFARS-based contracts and complex negotiations. The role reports to the Senior Director of Contracts in the Finance department and is onsite in San Diego, CA.

The candidate will drive contract risk assessment, support proposal activities, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to protect the company while pursuing strategic contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in a technology, defense, or aerospace/space company.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS contracting and government proposals.
• Ability to communicate and influence executive leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic contract guidance and risk assessment.
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure timely payments.
• Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with Voyager goals.
• Coordinate with Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
