Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, using cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent for client needs.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for interviews and hire, while building lasting relationships with clients and candidates and meeting submit-to-hire goals. This is a temporary contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Able to clearly communicate the pipeline and results.
• Good time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Active social media presence for sourcing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback collection.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit-to-hire goals are met.
• Update ATS data and related reporting.
