Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, using cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent.

You will oversee candidate selection, project-based resourcing, and ongoing bench management, ensuring strong submit-to-interview ratios and client satisfaction throughout a 3–6 month temporary contract.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong network-building and market research capabilities.
• Experience with ATS, interviews, and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate identification, initial phone screens, interviews, and feedback.
• Build a robust candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to reach passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and navigate objections in hiring processes.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and processes.
• Maintain client/candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals; maintain ATS reports.
