You will lead value-driven conversations with business owners to uncover needs and tailor solutions, collaborating with multiple internal teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT, or Professional Services.
• Accountability, adaptability, closing, goal-orientation, relationship building, sales presentations, and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive opportunities.
