Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing invites a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our Miami, FL team. You will secure and grow key architect, contractor, and distributor accounts, driving revenue, margin and product mix within the territory.

This role emphasizes strategic planning, product knowledge, and collaborative selling with internal teams and supplier reps, with a remote-friendly setup and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Two plus years related experience and/or training in commercial construction.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, sealants, air barriers, framing, modular, ICF, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and expectations.
• Develops and manages key accounts in assigned territory.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities.
• Delivers technical collateral and presentations to support the sales process.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
