Job summary

Tremco's San Jose, CA area seeks a Technical Sales Rep to secure and grow key accounts among architects, designers, general contractors and distributors. You will own performance metrics and drive product specifications and opportunities in the territory.

The role requires building trusted relationships, delivering technical collateral, and coordinating training with internal and external customers while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Construction Management or 5 years construction/industry experience.
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of waterproofing, air barriers, framing or modular construction is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develop and manage accounts to grow Tremco CPG product use in territory.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities across assigned region.
• Prepare strategic business/territory plans and monthly forecasts for each customer.
• Deliver technical collateral, presentations and customer communications.
