Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division is seeking a Technical Sales Rep in the Omaha, NE region. You will secure, develop and manage accounts including architects, designers, general contractors and distributors to meet revenue goals.

The role requires 2–4 years of construction/industry experience, knowledge of waterproofing and related chemistries, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities and manages existing accounts in the Omaha territory.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities with key decision makers.
• Maintains and expands customer relationships through strategic initiatives and collaboration.
