Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division serves the West Palm Beach, Lauderdale, and Miami markets. The Technical Sales Rep will secure, develop, and manage architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and end-users in the Miami territory, owning performance metrics for assigned accounts.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Business/Sales or related field (or equivalent), 2+ years in construction, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Two plus years related experience in commercial construction.
• Construction knowledge: waterproofing, sealants, air barriers, modular construction, ICF.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and territory targets.
• Develop and manage key accounts in the Miami area.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities within the territory.
• Build trusted, advisory relationships with customers and decision makers.
