Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division seeks a Technical Sales Rep in the Nashville, TN region. The role focuses on securing and growing key architect and contractor accounts, managing revenue, margins, and product mix within the company framework.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, developing new opportunities, delivering technical collateral, and coordinating product knowledge training with customers and suppliers. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction/industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and expectations.
• Develops and manages key accounts and new opportunities in assigned territory.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across territory.
• Develops and delivers technical collateral, presentations and business correspondence.
• Leverages relationships to build trusted partnerships and advisory relationships.
• Annually prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
