Zurich North America seeks a Strategic Relationship Leader for the West Region Construction portfolio, partnering with senior leaders, brokers, and customers to drive retention and growth. The role interacts with underwriting, claims, risk engineering, and service teams to align Zurich capabilities with client objectives.

You will lead executive business reviews, coordinate cross-functional resources, and travel as needed to support strategic objectives across the West Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in relationship management.
• Proven ability to grow profitable customer relationships.
• Experience building and executing strategic business plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; construction insurance experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship strategist for large, high-value customers.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite, risk managers, brokers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive retention and growth.
• Lead executive reviews and strategic planning sessions with key customers.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, risk engineering, and service teams to deliver exceptional experience.
• Travel as needed to support relationships and objectives.
