Zurich North America is seeking a Strategic Relationship Leader to join our Customer Relationship Management team in the West Region. You will partner with senior executives, brokers, and key stakeholders to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver risk solutions that create long-term value across underwriting, claims, risk engineering, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years in Relationship Management.
• Proven track record growing profitable external relationships.
• Experience building executive-level business plans and guiding strategic reviews.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with construction insurance experience.
• Knowledge of underwriting and risk management across construction clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship strategist for a portfolio of large, high-value customers and prospects.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, risk managers, brokers, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that drive retention, profitability, and long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand Zurich's solutions and capabilities across domestic and global operations.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key customers.
