Qualifications

Strategic planning and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship strategist for a portfolio of large customers.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, brokers, and decision-makers.
Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that drive retention and growth.
Lead executive reviews and strategic planning with key customers.
Coordinate with underwriting, claims, risk engineering, and service teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
Travel as needed to support relationships.
