Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Strategic Relationship Leader for Construction in the West Region. You will partner with C-suite executives, brokers, and senior leaders to strengthen partnerships, identify growth, and deliver risk solutions across underwriting, claims, risk engineering, and service teams.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead executive reviews, align resources, and drive profitable growth while expanding Zurich's solutions with key customers and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years in Relationship Management.
• Experience managing and growing profitable external customer relationships.
• Experience developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship strategist for a portfolio of large, high-value customers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, risk managers, brokers, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that drive retention and growth.
• Lead executive reviews, stewardship meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
