ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. Based in Fort Worth after training in Dallas, you’ll support Project Managers by preparing proposals, maintaining files, coordinating travel, and handling communications in their absence.

This role offers strong growth and exposure to critical project phases within a family of construction companies. Typical base compensation is $60,000–$80,000 with eligibility for discretionary bonuses; we provide a

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of related experience; construction administration considered a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Typing/preparing letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, and timesheets.
• Assist Project Managers with proposals, manage work/design schedule, and assemble proposal books.
• Maintain lists for Project Managers including region/job lists, subcontract tracking, and vacation lists.
• Prepare forms (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, AGC Agreements, Professional Services Agreements).
• Coordinate proposal covers, tabs, and company information for capabilities packages.
• Schedule meetings and trainings, prepare handouts, and coordinate meals.
• Book travel as needed and communicate with vendors and customers in Project Manager’s absence.
• Maintain and organize project files and ensure off-site archiving.
