Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX, after a training period in Dallas. You will support Project Managers with proposals, schedules, and document control, while maintaining filing systems and coordinating travel and meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of related experience; construction administration a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Type/prepare letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, and timesheets.
• Assist Project Managers with proposals and coordinate schedules and proposal books.
• Maintain project lists, filing systems, and vacation lists for Project Managers.
• Prepare subcontract documents, purchase orders, change orders, and transmittals.
• Coordinate proposal materials and prepare meeting handouts and materials.
• Coordinate travel and schedule trainings and lunches.
• Answer phone calls and communicate with vendors and customers in PM's absence.
• Maintain all project files and archive old ones off-site.
