Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. You will support project performance, set up processes, and drive success from day one on complex construction projects.

The role requires strong organization, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Base salary is typically 60,000–80,000 per year, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of related experience; construction administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Typing and preparing letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, and expense reports.
• Assist Project Managers with proposals, schedule management, and assembling proposal books.
• Maintain lists for project regions, subcontract tracking, filing, and vacation.
• Prepare forms directed by Project Managers (Subcontracts, POs, Change Orders, AGC Agreements, Professional Service Agreements).
• Coordinate proposal covers, tabs, company information, sell sheets, and assemble materials provided by Project Manager.
• Prepare for meetings and trainings, including scheduling, handouts, and coordinating lunches.
• Book travel when necessary.
• Answer calls and coordinate communication with vendors and customers when the Project Manager is absent.
• Maintain and organize all files, including new files and off-site storage.
