Qualifications

• Existing network of contractors, owners, or design firms in the market.
• Disciplined pipeline habits: forecastable and honest.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms.
• Maintain relationships end to end; track permits and bid boards.
• Run the pursuit pipeline from first contact to signed agreement; coordinate proposals with engineering.
• Represent the company at industry events and report pipeline monthly.
