Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, sales, or client relations in construction.
• Proven track record of securing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction and project delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with day-to-day execution capability.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Identify and secure new construction projects and partnerships.
