• 7-10 years in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to lead strategic BD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships across new markets.
• Lead sales strategy and align BD with operations and marketing.
• Manage annual BD budget and forecast growth.
• Coordinate with VP of Sales and BU Leader on action plans.
• Support marketing with corporate communications.
• Provide training and mentoring to project teams.
• Represent the company at industry events.
