Job summary

B2 Constructors, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, pursue and win opportunities in federal, state, local, and private markets. You will build relationships with architects, engineers, owners, developers, and owners' reps to grow our public and private sector work.

In this role based near Marietta, GA, you will manage a strong pipeline, coordinate with estimating, lead negotiations, and represent B2 at trade shows and industry groups.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in commercial construction, including 5+ years in BD or a client-facing role.
• A track record of generating leads and winning new clients in the public and private sectors.
• Hands-on experience with SAM.gov, ConstructConnect, or Dodge.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Skill with CRM and bid-tracking tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Find and pursue federal, state, local, and private opportunities using SAM.gov, ConstructConnect, and Dodge
• Build lasting relationships with architects, engineers, owners, developers, and owners' reps
• Build and manage a pipeline that hits monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Work with Estimating so leads move smoothly into proposals
• Lead contract negotiations and stay clients' main contact from preconstruction through closeout
• Research market trends and present strategy recommendations to leadership
• Represent B2 at trade shows and industry groups, and help manage our social media
