Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Competitive Operations Leader in Davidson, NC (hybrid: 2 days onsite). You will build and scale competitive service execution across channels, enable training, and align supply chain processes with business goals.

You will partner with Product Management, Sales Enablement, Service Operations, and Supply Chain to launch initiatives, track metrics, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Services, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years in industrial service, aftermarket operations, technical support, product management, service training, or related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a roadmap to grow competitive services capability across sales channels.
• Identify capability gaps by region and product category; implement corrective actions with Service Operations and Training teams.
• Create and maintain technical training, job aids, service bulletins, and standardized work for competitive equipment support.
• Monitor competitive service agreement execution, trends, profitability, and customer-impacting issues.
• Partner cross-functionally to document scalable processes for quoting, ordering, stocking, and servicing competitive products.
• Establish repeatable processes for collecting, validating, and sharing competitive insights and field feedback.
