Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Area Operations Leader to oversee the value stream from purchase order to closure across Texas and Oklahoma, including service coordination, order management, inventory, inside sales, invoicing, and customer satisfaction for four regional centers.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive process improvements, manage budgets, and mentor staff to optimize performance and customer experience, with significant travel to center locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a related discipline; Engineering, Technical, Marketing or Business preferred.
• Individual must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in industrial product space, preferably with a diverse product portfolio including service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the value stream from PO receipt to closure across multiple centers.
• Collaborate with sales on contract terms and order processing to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, parts availability, and technician productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop inside sales and operations staff to improve performance.
• Manage budgets and drive continuous process improvements for lean operations.
