Responsibilities

• Communicate order status and resolve issues to keep priorities moving.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
• Manage orders from placement to invoicing through multiple channels.
• Utilize Oracle/CRM tools for order fulfillment and customer activity.
• Assist distributors on order entry and training as needed.
