Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Services Product Marketing Manager based in Davidson, NC, with hybrid work arrangements. The role drives services growth through direct and distribution channels, equipping sales teams with enablement tools and market insights.

You will develop compelling content for services programs, support pre-sales activities, and analyze pricing and inventory to optimize profitability and availability in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or industrial sales
• Based in Davidson, NC with some travel
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering; Master's preferred
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office; Salesforce experience a plus
• Experience with B2B or channel distribution

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Services Sales Enablement tools and trainings
• Create compelling content to promote Services programs for channel partners
• Provide daily pre-sales support including product applications and selling strategies
• Analyze pricing to align with objectives and profitability targets
• Forecast aftermarket parts and inventory levels with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate across functions to attach to 100% of customers for life
