Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Services Product Marketing Manager in Davidson, NC, hybrid work. You will drive services growth through Direct and Distribution channels, creating compelling marketing and sales enablement tools for the field teams.

You will partner with Channel Marketing and cross‑functional teams to attach to 100% of customers for life, leveraging market intelligence and pricing studies to guide offerings and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales of marketing, operations, industrial sales or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering; Master's preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Sales Enablement: develop tools and trainings to boost sales effectiveness.
• Pricing Strategy & Analysis: benchmark pricing, analyze profitability and market trends.
• Inventory Strategy & Analysis: monthly aftermarket forecasting and cross-functional alignment.
