Job summary
El Camino Health is seeking a Compensation Programs Manager to lead analysis, development and administration of compensation programs, job descriptions, and market benchmarks. You will advise HR partners and leadership on career ladders and policy development, ensuring compliance with regulations while improving reporting and communications.

Qualifications
- Eight years of experience in human resources and/or finance with at least three years compensation or total rewards analysis experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with management staff.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence outcomes.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compensation (FLSA, DOL, ADA, EEO).
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word; ability to develop complex spreadsheets and reports.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, manage, and communicate hospital's compensation programs including job descriptions and evaluation.
- Oversee salary administration, incentive plans, and market surveys.
- Counsel HR partners on job descriptions, career ladders, and policy/program development.
- Improve management reporting, employee communications, and HRIS utilization.
