Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Compensation Manager to design and administer compensation programs, including salaries, incentives, and job evaluations, benchmarking against market practices to attract and retain talent. You will lead market research and develop training materials on pay philosophy for managers and HR business partners.

The role calls for strong communication, analytical abilities, and expertise in compensation principles, with preference for provider/clinician experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience or equivalent HR/finance background.
• Experience supporting provider/clinician compensation preferred.
• Strong communication and data visualization abilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced MS Office and/or Google Workspace skills.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design compensation structures and programs aligned with market practices.
• Benchmark data to ensure fair pay across roles and demographics.
• Inform compensation changes due to regulatory requirements.
• Develop models considering productivity, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction.
• Communicate total rewards strategies to leaders and HRBPs.
• Influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
