Job summary

You will partner with HR and Finance to align base pay, bonus, and job architecture with the company’s total rewards strategy, while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of compensation experience with 2+ years in a manager or senior analyst role.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing tools (Radford, Mercer, WTW).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations (FLSA, pay transparency, pay equity).
• Experience benchmarking, designing pay structures, and cost impact analysis.
• Deep HR compensation knowledge and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills for market sizing, pricing, benchmarking and forecasting.
• Project management ability and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer compensation structures and programs.
• Lead annual bonus program calculations, approvals, and communication.
• Own job evaluation and leveling processes for internal equity and market benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal compensation regulations.
• Maintain compensation documentation and data integrity in HRIS systems.
• Provide guidance on pay decisions and communicate pay changes to employees.
