El Camino Health is seeking a Compensation/Total Rewards professional to lead the design, evaluation, and governance of compensation programs, including job descriptions, job evaluation, internal equity, and external market analysis.
You will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure competitive and compliant programs, support the job architecture framework, and drive employee engagement through effective incentives and salary planning.

Day: 8 hours
Analyze, administer, and lead the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of compensation programs including developing and maintaining job descriptions, job evaluation, internal equity and external market analysis, salary administration, and variable pay plans.
Serve as a subject matter expert and consultative partner to HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned to organizational strategy.
Support the design, implementation, and governance of total rewards programs, policies, and procedures. Support and operationalize the organization's job architecture framework, including job leveling, career paths, and compensation structures.
Ensure that compensation programs, policies and practices enhance the Hospital's ability to attract, retain, motivate and engage employees and are compliant with regulations, union agreements, plan documents, and policies.
Salary Range: $55.00 - $82.50 USD Hour
