Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join its Global Compensation team.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Hardware, Revenue and G&A groups to shape pay decisions, benchmarks, and programs while championing AI-enabled workflows. You’ll analyze market data, build executive-ready narratives, and collaborate with HRBPs, Recruiters, and leaders to ensure pay decisions align with Snap's philosophy and equity strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company.
Experience serving as a compensation business partner to client groups and/or senior leaders.
Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday strongly preferred) and market benchmarking tools (Radford, Pave, Compa).

Responsibilities

Advise HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations.
Analyze competitive trends in cash, equity, and total rewards to inform program design and pay positioning.
Deliver training and communications that explain compensation philosophy and programs to leaders and teams.
Act as AI champion by identifying and rolling out AI-enabled workflows within Compensation.
