Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join its Global Compensation team. You will partner with HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders across Engineering, Hardware, Revenue, and G&A to drive pay decisions, offers, and job evaluations.

You will analyze competitive trends in cash, equity, and total rewards and help design compensation programs. You will also champion AI-enabled workflows to improve benchmarking and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of compensation experience at a tech company.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and benchmarking tools Radford/Pave/Compa.

Responsibilities

• Serve as compensation partner for Engineering and Hardware/ Revenue and G&A groups.
• Analyze market trends in cash, equity, and total rewards; inform program design.
• Develop training materials and executive-ready communications on compensation.
• Lead AI-enabled workflow initiatives to speed benchmarking and scenario modeling.
